2 – Jamie & Sarah sell their souls
So, Sarah and Jamie are back with a second episode! And here it is, warts and all.
We review Brian Yuzna‘s Faust: Love Of The Damned and Fraser C. Heston‘s Needful Things, as well as the usual discussions on what we have been watching, upcoming releases and whether you would kill a dog for a Teddy Ruxpin.
This show’s featured band are 7 Day Conspiracy, and we also include music from the movies being reviewed too (Type O Negative‘s Everyone I Love Is Dead from Faust, and Patrick Doyle‘s Overture from Needful Things). The 7 Day Conspiracy tracks used are Kick To Death and This Is A Smoking Gun.
Hop on board the good ship Gorecast for pauses galore, interspersed with horror related banter.

I realised the other day that I said Straw Dogs when I really meant to say Marathon Man. Doh! I think my brain just went ‘controversial movie……Dustin Hoffman……must be Straw Dogs!’
I fail at remembering stuff.
You should make a list!
You mean a dorky spreadsheet, like yours?
Nah, I mean a list of all the films you have watched this year so far, like on my facebook.
Like this.
Loving this, my first podcast ever, now that I have inherited (read: given by a more moneyed cousin) an iTouch, I can finally enjoy the goodness!
Potential idea: a podcast that does a Top30 of your and Jamie’s horror-film music. Either simple riffs/character-tunes which you could drop into the background when talking about it, or full beginning/ending orchestral pieces.
Halloween, Scream (red right hand or theme?), Halloween III: Season of the Witch – the silver shamrock tune (my sad favourite), Hellraisers, the list is enormous.
